Install the Add-in

Open the Outlook Add-in manager and install PargePilot. Just a few clicks.

Enter API Key

Enter your OpenAI API key. It's securely stored in your browser.

Generate Response

Open an email, select an agent and click "Generate Response". AI does the rest.

Installation Guide

Follow these steps to install PargePilot in your Outlook

Open Outlook Add-in Manager

Click the button below to go directly to the Outlook Add-in management page:

Or in Outlook: Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Customize actions

Add Custom Add-in

In the add-in manager:

  1. Go to "My add-ins" or "Custom add-ins" section
  2. Select "Add a custom add-in" → "Add from URL"
  3. Paste the manifest URL below:
https://ppoutlooktest.b1.tr/manifest.xml

Click "Install" and accept the warning.

Get OpenAI API Key

PargePilot uses OpenAI API. If you don't have an API key:

  1. Create an OpenAI account
  2. Go to API Keys page
  3. Click "Create new secret key"
  4. Copy the key (starts with sk-...)

Configure PargePilot

After installation:

  1. Open any email in Outlook
  2. Click the "PargePilot" button in the ribbon
  3. Click "API Configuration" card
  4. Enter your OpenAI API key and click "Save"
  5. Click "Test" to verify the connection
